High temperature/Corrosion resistant Protective Paints And Coatings Suppliers Integrity engineering is a one of the leading Protective Paints and Protective Coatings Global Suppliers.
We are authorized distributor of world’s best high temperature & corrosion resistant paints that include JOTHUN, International Intertherm 75, Akzo Nobel, Belzona etc.
Protective coating is that layer which is applied to another material’s surface. The main aim behind this is to prevent further corrosion. There are two types of protective coating – metallic as well as for non-metallic. These paints can be applied using multiple methods. They provide many more advantages.
The Three Main Classifications Of Protective Coatings Are:
- Primers
- Intermediate
- Topcoats
Four Types Of Protective Coatings For Metal Are:
- Barrier: It offers protection from oxygen, water, electrolyte etc.
- Combination: It is a combination of different types of protective coatings.
- Sacrificial: It offers galvanic protection. Corrosion takes place on them. So the underlying metal stays protected.
- Inhibitive: These coatings consist of chemicals that help to prevent corrosion. The reaction takes place with anode, cathode, electrolyte, oxygen, acid etc.
Categories Of Protective Coatings:
- Alkyd: Finish coats and single component primer in BS or desired RAL or IS shades.
- Polyurethane : 2 components primer and finish coats in desired IS, RAL or BS shades
- Polysiloxane: 2 component Finish Paints in desired BS or RAL or IS shades with high-quality colour retention and gloss.
- Epoxy: 2 component primers, finish coats, intermediate coats in the desired BS or RAL or IS shades (Zinc phosphate, Zinc Rich, Surface Tolerant, Epoxy phenolic, High Build MIO).
- Intertherm 715: A functional coating for identification of hot spots and internal insulation failures, Intertherm 715 exhibits a visual color change in response to temperature rise. Based upon modified silicone technology
- Corrosion under Insulation: This is beneficial for uninsulated surfaces or thermally insulated surfaces. These are also helpful in protecting cryogenic piping and equipment.
- Intumescent Coating: Borate and chlorine-free, single component and water-borne intumescent coating are advantageous in case of onsite application to structural steel.
Advantages Of Protective Coatings:
One easy solution for dealing with CUI and cyclic temperatures.
The Universal Pipe Coating (UPC) range has been specifically developed to simplify process pipe, valve and vessel coating specifications; maximizing ease of use and delivering excellent long term performance. This allows the UPC approach to virtually eliminate error while reducing cost and driving up performance.
UV resistance Corrosion and rust protection Salt damage resistance Improvement in aesthetics Thermal protection Weather resistance Durability Easy to maintain Extended life for equipment Cost-effective
